Thank you so much for making Ethan’s Birthday Cake I didn’t give you much to go on and you came up with the best idea all the parents at his party asked me who had made the amazing cake Ethan loved it so much he didn’t want us to cut it …. Just a quick note to say a HUGE thank you for your wonderful cake.  Our guests could not believe it was a cake – they thought it was a professional model of the building!

The cake itself (apart from the wonderful decoration) was gorgeous too – so light and moist and a lovely flavour.
