Cupcake Decorating Session - 90 minutes
Session includes:
Live demonstration of 4 cupcake designs:
· Buttercream rose with a sugar leaf
· Buttercream swirl with hand modelled sugar bow
· All fondant sugar craft bunnies bottom
· All fondant sugar craft teddy bear
2 cupcakes each to decorate with either one of the above designs or create their own
All tools provided and additional extra tools and equipment to create different masterpieces that they may choose to make using their own ideas. All piping buttercream, fondant, modelling paste, specialist colours, rolling pins, sugar moulds and push cutters provided. A cupcake box to place your creations to take home is also provided.
Prize giving section at the end, 1st, 2nd, 3rd prizes for top 3 best decorated cupcakes.

Cake Decorating Class - 2 hours
Session includes:
A full live demo on how to ice a cake
Demonstration on how to create a 3D cake topper (choose from a list of cake topper designs)
6 inch vanilla cake, pre-baked, filled and ganached ready to ice and decorate
Cake board
All fondant icing, tools, push cutters, sugar moulds, edible glue, specialist modelling pastes, specialist colours
The use of a cake airbrushing system
On hand professional advice to help teach and explain techniques throughout the session
1st prize for best decorated cake, 2ndand 3rd runner up prizes.
£25 per child.
Minimum of 10 children, maximum of 20 children.

For booked sessions:
Please ensure adequate space is available to run the session. I will need minimum of 15 minutes set up time. Please ask people to arrive 10 minutes prior to the booked time slot to ensure a prompt start time. I do not cater for any allergies. A main parent/organiser should be present at all times. I will not take any photos of the children themselves, photos may be taken of the cakes and of hands only whilst creating.
